RDO Equipment to acquire True North Equipment's eight Deere dealerships

RDO Equipment Co. agreed to acquire True North Equipment's eight John Deere agriculture stores across North Dakota and Minnesota, bringing roughly 200 employees into RDO and consolidating dealer territory across the Red River Valley, pending John Deere's approval of the deal.
